Raymond Family Classic North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The 2021 season closed with a cool, foggy August that allowed the fruit to ripen slowly without losing any acidity. The grapes for this wine were fermented in neutral oak, allowing the vibrant, juicy, ripe cherry, plum, red berry and blueberry to shine alongside mocha, vanilla and spice. A lifted eucalyptus note brings additional charm. Enjoy through 2026+.
