Select Merlot grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed, vinified and aged in French oak barrels for eight months. The bouquet shows aromas of red berry fruit with notes of plum and Mediterranean spices. The palate is medium-bodied with well-developed fruit and vanilla flavours. Pairs well with beef brisket. KP
