Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Odem Vineyard in the Golan Heights are harvested at optimal ripeness, vinified, and then aged 18 months in Burgundian oak barrels. It opens with earthy mineral notes before revealing cassis, blackberry and toasted wild herbs. The palate is concentrated and complex with a long finish. KP
