Recanati Odem Single Vineyard Merlot Kosher 2020

The Odem vineyard is planted in the Golan Heights region of northern Israel. Ripe Merlot grapes are vinified and then aged 18 months in oak barrels. Inviting aromas of red plums, mineral and earthy notes give way to black and red berries with wild herbs on the palate. It is full-bodied with a lingering, velvety finish. KP
