Redstone Cabernet Franc 2021

This wine encapsulates all of what makes Niagara Cabernet Franc so appealing. There’s plenty of ripe red and dark fruit, with an evocative underbelly of garden herbs and a marked minerality. Lithe and medium-bodied, it has the structure for pairing with grilled foods without losing its sipability. Pair with dinner or conversation. This will evolve for another 10+ years.
