Redstone Estate Meritage 2021

A classic Niagara meritage blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot featuring ripe dark fruit over wafts of cherry essence and cedar. The palate is fresh and fullbodied, with an expansive quality through to the mid-palate, giving way to grippy tannins. Needs a little time for the oak and tannins to soften.
