Redtail Vineyards Pinot Noir 2017

This wine was aged for 18 months in a combination of 25% new and 75% neutral French oak. This ageing imparted a fine structure to the wine without overpowering the delicate floral suggestions or dulling the bright blackberry, red cherry, plum and cassis fruit tones. A versatile food wine, it will work well with a turkey dinner with all the fixin’s.
