From Niagara’s superb 2020 vintage, this Merlot is bright and fresh, with good structure and balance alongside dark fruit, strawberry, cherry, tobacco, brambly earth, mushroom, clove, leather and undergrowth. A wine for grilled beef, mushroom Wellington, or aged cheddar. Drink through 2027+.
