Roagna Langhe Rosso 2018

The 2018 Langhe Rosso is sourced from 30-year-old vines from Barolo and Barbaresco and leads with a bit of rusticity with a hint of barnyard in its notes of wild cherries and rocky earth. All this continues to the palate with great intensity and a weightless feel. There’s great energy through the wine, and although it’s rustic and a little wild, it has a lot of character and energy, with lovely structure, nervous tannins, and fresh acidity.
