The JCR Pinot Noir is fermented in stainless steel and matured in new and used French oak barrels for 16 months. The bouquet shows aromas and flavours of red fruit and floral notes that are delightfully balanced on the palate with elegant tannins. This PEC Pinot Noir pairs well with lean meat, chicken and vegetable dishes.
