… its foremost component is Cabernet Sauvignon (34%), followed by Merlot (28%), Cabernet Franc (26%), Malbec (8%) and Petit Verdot (4%). Its 15 months in (mostly neutral) oak do not detract from its brightly transparent profile, based around sweet red rather than darker fruits, vanilla bean and sweet clove spice. Score – 89.
