Rotem & Mounir is the banner for wines of the Southern Rhône Valley produced by the power couple behind Burgundy’s Lucien Le Moine. This silky, elegant CDR is a blend of Grenache with Mourvèdre, Counoise, Syrah and Cinsault. It spent 18 months in French oak foudres before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
