Rotem & Mounir Saouma Omnia Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2022

This wine comes from sites across Châteauneuf-du-Pape and is whole-cluster-fermented before ageing in barrel for two years. It’s bottled unfined and unfiltered. Ripe and savoury, with touches of cedar, oak spice and earth alongside red floral notes, strawberry, raspberry and garrigue. Drink 2027-early 2040s.
