This wine is made from hand-harvested estate-grown grapes aged in a combination of oak, stainless steel and concrete for 36 months. It’s complex and intense, with vibrant red fruit, dark cherry, tobacco and evocative forest notes. This will drink well for 10+ years and be wonderful with eggplant parmigiana or a grilled rib-eye steak.
