Sourced from Rymill’s older northern Coonawarra vineyards. Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for 24 months. One smell/sip and you’re in Coonawarra. Blackcurrant, tobacco and mint flavours with tips of violet and anise. Integrated cedar wood, too. It’s fully ripe but that cool Coonawarra cabernet persona remains intact. Drink from: 2024.
