70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre. A fine-grained yet grippy wine with a peppery leanness that evolves over time in the glass. Earthiness evolves into savoury herbs and dried spices which open into surprisingly juicy and multilayered black fruits with lovely refreshing acidity. Really intriguing and palatable. Score – 95.
