El Tomillo is located on Paraje Altamira’s second terrace at 1,100 metres and is a textbook expression of one of the Uco Valley’s best terroirs. Concentrated, aromatic and polished, it has a chalky frisson, granular tannins and focused bramble and black cherry flavours. Drink date: 2021-2029. Score – 94.
