This wine is a celebration of Chile’s great diversity as well as a commemoration of Santa Carolina’s 150th anniversary. It’s a blend of Petite Sirah, Malbec and Carmenère sourced from prime sites in the Cachapoal and Maule valleys. An intense, structured, balanced wine, with cherry, plum, savoury herbs, spice, tobacco, and a graphite minerality. Perfect for roasted or grilled meats and veggies.
