Santa Teresa Ungrafted Old Vines Cinsault 2022

This is the prototype of ready-to-drink cinsault: juicy and full of fruity flavors. It comes from vineyards planted about 50 years ago on granitic slopes in Guarilihue, in the Itata Valley, about 20 kilometers from the sea. The wine was destemmed, fermented, and aged in very old barrels for four months. It’s perfumed and full of fruit, and the palate is light and very soft. The perfect wine to quench your thirst.
