Sardu Pater Winery was established in 1949 on Sant’Antonio Island in Southwestern Sardinia. Made from 100% Cannonau, Foras is an expressive wine revealing aromas of red fruit, wild strawberries, herbs and spice. It’s rich with moderate freshness and soft tannins. Perfect with roast lamb or pork and pecorino cheese.
