The 2021 Pinot Noir Saurus Barrel Fermented from San Patricio del Chañar was barrel fermented and kept there after the alcoholic fermentation for 6 months. Ruby red in the glass. The nose offers notes of oak, caramel and hints of hazelnut initially followed by fruity aromas of sweet and sour cherry. Quite smooth and unctuous in the mouth with juicy freshness and a full palate. This is a vibrant red with a fruity finish. Drinking window: 2022-2032. Score – 91.
