Schild Estate Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

[Sourced from three vineyards: Angus Brae, Narrow Road, and Three Springs.] This is varietally expressive and enticing on the nose, showing blackcurrant, vanilla, clove and cedary oak characters.
