Scuola Grande Ripasso di Valpolicella 2021

The second fermentation process of this Ripasso uniquely uses pomace from both Amarone and Recioto wines, resulting in rich, subtle flavours of dehydrated fruit and savoury dark chocolate. It’s a full-bodied wine with velvety-smooth tannins under a palate of dried fig, black cherry, Asian five-spice, and coconut shavings.
