The 2010 vintage is considered an outstanding one for Rioja, with consistent weather patterns and optimal ripening. The older these wines get, the more you can appreciate the quality of this vintage. This example shows lovely flavours of dried fig, chili powder, tobacco, aged leather, cigar and coffee. This well-aged beauty will pair wonderfully with roast pig or black-bean chili.
