Smoke & Gamble Appassimento VQA

This red blend is made using grapes that have been partially dried in a former tobacco kiln. The result is a wine with deep garnet colour with concentrated aromas of blackcurrant and leather. Five years ageing in French and American oak barrels imparts toasty, smoky flavours. Pair with Pasta Bolognese.
