Sophenia Altosur Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

It’s still a very young wine, but this deeply coloured Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderfully fresh and aromatic, with grassy, blackcurrant leaf flavours, vivid acidity and notes of graphite and green herbs.
