Southbrook Triomphe Organic Merlot 2019

Ontario’s 2019 vintage threw many a curveball at winemakers, including some wild fall weather, but created wines of exceptional freshness. Varieties that ripen in the early-to-mid-season, such as Pinot Noir, Gamay and Merlot, did particularly well. This Merlot offers plum, blackberry, chocolate, smoke and spice, with the crisp acidity of the vintage. Rich, supple and long, it will drink through 2027+.
