Speri Vigneto Monte Sant’Urbano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2006

A thick and juicy Amarone with rich layers of chocolate, exotic spice, black cherry, blueberry tart and tobacco. It feels dense and rich in the mouth and its natural heft would stand up to sharp cheddar. Score – 93. (Wine Enthusiast, Feb. 1, 2011)
