Vineyard wizard Hector Rojas grows the grapes for this stylish Cabernet Sauvignon out on the Maipo Costa, making the most of the Pacific Ocean influence. Deftly wooded in French oak, it’s a sappy, minty, stony style with cassis and red pepper flavours, graceful tannins and a fresh, slightly herbal finish. Drink date: 2026-2030. Score – 91.
