Ruby red colour with violet highlights. The fruity bouquet shows initial aromas of raspberry with secondary notes of fresh pepper, tomato and olive. Full, round and rich on the palate with moderate acidity and supple tannins. Aging potential is 10 years and beyond, or drink now paired with red meats and game.
