Taub Family Vineyards Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Tightly coiled, with a dense core of cassis, blackberry and black cherry fruit held in place for now by a lengthy, robust graphite-edged structure. A tarry swath on the finish combines with violet and apple wood to provide nice range. This just needs some time to unwind. Best from 2024 through 2036. Score – 93.
