Tawse Cherry Avenue Gamay 2019

From their Twenty Mile Bench estate Cherry Avenue Vineyard, planted in 2014, this is a perfumed, silken gamay with pretty plum, wild raspberry, mulberry across a streaming, medium body. Tannins are textured with tea leaves, and acidity is bright, easily coursing this to a white pepper laced finish. Quite smart, and well suited to pork tenderloin and wild mushroom risotto.
