From the cool, humid 2021 vintage, this fresh, elegant Gamay has broad cranberry, blackberry, earth, mineral and spice tones. It’s food-friendly, balanced, and capable of drinking through 2025. The producer suggests pairing it with charcuterie, or flatbread with cherry tomatoes and feta.
