Essence Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from select mountainous vineyards in north Golan Heights, Ephraim Mountains and Judean Hills. It is matured 18 months in oak barrels and reveals aromas of black fruit with toasted oak, spice and earthy notes; full-bodied and concentrated with balanced tannins and a lengthy finish. KPM
