The Black Label series highlights single-varietal wines that have been aged in 20% new oak. In this case, the featured grape is Bulgaria’s early-ripening Rubin: a cross between Nebbiolo and Syrah that was officially registered in Europe in 1944. This wine shows lifted florals, dark fruit, vanilla, pepper and smoke, with grippy tannins. Perfect for grilled lamb.
