The Black Chook Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

The fruit for this Cabernet was sourced from a number of specially selected McLaren Vale parcels. These were then vinified and matured separately for 14 months before blending, allowing each block to fully express its specific character. This generous, food-friendly wine shows bold cassis, mulberry, blackberry, oak spice and herbal tones. It will pair with a wide range of heartier holiday fare.
