The Tragically Hip Fifty Mission Cab Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Made in collaboration with Hip guitarist Rob Baker and composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon harvested by hand from Martin Vineyard in the Lincoln Lakeshore region of Niagara, this wine spent 19 months in French oak barrels. It’s rich and complex with notes of ripe cherry, black raspberry, plum, cigar box and smoke. Savour through 2037.
