Thirty Bench Wild Cask Cabernet Franc 2022

This wine is a stunning example of why Ontario is known for world-class Cabernet Franc. The fruit was picked by hand from estate vineyards, after which it was vinified with wild yeast and the wine matured in French oak. Layered and elegant, it evokes damson plum, black tea, earthy forest floor, and sweet spices.
