Thorn-Clarke Shotfire Shiraz 2021

Wonderfully ripe and inviting, the bouquet shows blackberry, olive, game, and stylish oak aromas with a hint of cocoa. It’s equally satisfying in the mouth, delivering terrific weight and silky texture, beautifully framed by finely infused tannins. Flavoursome and mouth-filling. At its best: now to 2036.
