Trapiche Expedición Sur Malbec 2021

The 2021 Malbec Expedición Sur from San Patricio del Chañar was 10% aged for 10 months in barrels. Purple in hue with a garnet sheen. The aromas feature ripe plum, dried flowers and hints of herbs. Broad with a fairly smooth texture, the slightly reactive tannins channel the flow and define the character. The 2021 is a flavorful red. Drinking window: 2022-2028. Score – 90.
