Trapiche Gran Medalla Malbec 2021

This is a full-bodied malbec with aromas of purple plums, blueberries, cocoa and sweet paprika. Deep and velvety with firm, polished tannins. Wonderfully concentrated and focused. Drink from 2025 [into mid-2030s]. Score – 94. (Claire Nesbitt, jamessuckling.com, March 20, 2024)
