Trapiche Medalla Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A well-balanced cabernet sauvignon with lovely tension on the palate. Plenty of chalky tannins that are nicely integrated with the savory, spiced red and blue fruit. Hints of tobacco and mineral, too. Pretty long and layered. A fresh, outstanding wine. Score – 93. (jamessuckling.com, March 27, 2023)
