Trinity by Hinterbrook VQA

Hinterbrook Trinity 2018 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied red wine blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon added to the mix. Grapes were sourced from a single estate vineyard in Niagara Lakeshore and the wine spent 36 months in oak barrels. Fresh and elegant with ripe dark fruits, plum and bright raspberry flavours with a kiss of spice and framed with polished tannins, it will drink well through 2030. Drink: 2024-2030. Score – 90.
