Trius Distinction Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A nicely structured, generous wine, with good depth and freshness. Look for well-defined blackberry, cherry, cocoa powder, sweet spice, leather, smoky oak, and an underlying vanilla note. Medium- to full-bodied with good tannic grip. A great wine for barbecued meats and veggies, this will cellar through 2028+.
