Trius Showcase Pinot Noir 2022

Sourced from select vineyards and fermented using indigenous yeasts, this wine aged on the lees for 10 months in mature French oak, with the seven best-performing barrels of the vintage blended and bottled. It’s expressive, fine, tangy and balanced, with cherry, redcurrant, earth, spice and oak. This will pair well with duck, or vegetarian dishes featuring mushrooms or eggplant.
