Unorthodox Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon KPM 2021

Prepared under the supervision of the Cape Town Beth Din, this deep, fruit-forward red is made from grapes bathed in the hot South African sun for maximum ripeness. Eight months in American and French oak adds a nice touch of sweet vanilla flavours to complement the plummy dark fruit.
