The original signature wine style of Veneto, Recioto is made in a similar method to Amarone except it’s still sweet rather than fermented dry. Its complex notions of fig, date, and Christmas cake make it a luxurious sipper with salumi, creamy cheeses, dessert biscuits or Sachertorte.
