This winery is named as an homage to Ontario and the Bruce trail, where the red trillium flower grows. This wine uses an Italian technique of adding dried grape skins to enrich the pinot noir and cabernet franc with colour, flavours and tannins. Red cherry, smoke and spice entice your senses.
