This wine comes mostly from the ancient limestone soils of the aptly named Limestone Coast, with just under 22% of the fruit sourced from Adelaide Hills. It’s vibrant and ripe, with cherry, strawberry, nutmeg, and cedary oak spice. Silky and smooth, this is built for immediate enjoyment, but it will evolve through 2029.
