Wassmann Kékfrankos 2015

Clear, cool and quite firm scent of cherries and dark berries with slightly herbal and floral nuances, hint of bacon and a hint of pepper. Tart, slightly acidic, yet slightly covered fruit with a bite and youthful, fine-grained tannins, cool style, good sustainability, still yeasty tones, some salinity in the background, has freshness, quite elegant style, a hint of paprika and olives in the background, very good finish with a bite. Needs some time.
